Are you passionate about supporting young learners? We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work with children in reception in a vibrant primary school in Gloucester.
As a Higher-Level Teaching Partner, you will:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning experiences across the curriculum.
- Support teaching and learning in classrooms, including whole-class cover.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to raise attainment and progress.
- Provide targeted intervention and support for individuals and small groups.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and enrichment activities.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience).
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can demonstrate a positive, proactive approach to supporting pupils' learning.
- Is confident in leading learning independently.
