The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

We are currently looking for ECTs who are looking to work in secondary schools across Worcestershire to gain experience after finishing university. These roles offer full flexibility to fit around your current commitments, while giving you a chance to gain valuable experience across different settings. Being a supply teacher allows you to work when you want while not having to worry about any additional responsibilities that come with being a teacher! You will get to work alongside a variety of teachers in different schools while supporting across different classes. These roles can lead to long term and permanent roles starting in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach the students the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school.
  • Be able to adapt lesson plans to work with different students' needs and abilities.
  • Provide feedback to parents, the school and the agency at the end of the day.
  • Manage behaviour and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • You must have a relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS etc).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive and compassionate attitude towards students.
  • A valid right to work in the UK.
  • Able to be flexible and ready to work!
