Pay: £90 - £100 per day

Start date: February 2026 (37 hours per week/39 weeks per year, term time only, but including INSET days)

The School Administrator is responsible for organising and managing all the administration duties in the school. The School Administrator works closely with the Head Teacher on the day-to-day management of the school and works alongside the Bursar.

Office Administration
  • To be a warm, approachable point of contact for all parents, carers and visitors when they contact the school
  • To undertake general administrative duties that support the school to develop its links with parents and the wider community
  • To undertake reception duties, answering routine telephone and face-to-face enquiries, answerphone messages etc. in an efficient and professional manner
  • Produce the weekly school newsletter
  • Organise school trips and chase payments
