Location: Cheltenham

Position: Long-term, Full-time

Pay Rate: £95-£115 per day (Holiday Pay - 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot)

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant full-time, who has the relevant experience to join a vibrant team within a Secondary Centre in Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs and disabilities
  • Work closely with class teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children (30 days minimum within the past 2 years)
  • A proactive and patient approach to working with young learners
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
