The Role
- Manage and grow your own education recruitment desk (early years, primary, or secondary).
- Build lasting relationships with schools, nurseries, and candidates.
- Source, interview, and place top-quality educators into rewarding roles.
- Maintain compliance standards including DBS checks, references, and safeguarding documentation.
- Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets.
- Deliver excellent service with professionalism and integrity.
About You
- Previous experience in education recruitment is essential.
