Your Role
- Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and carry out engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Support children's development across all areas of learning
- Complete observations and contribute to learning journeys
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)
- Previous nursery or early years experience
- Good understanding of the EYFS
- Positive, caring, and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
