- Level 2 Qualified Practitioner From £12.80 per hour
- Level 3 Qualified Practitioner From £13.15 per hour
Education Assets is currently recruiting qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries across South Yorkshire on a temporary and flexible basis. We work with a range of nursery settings requiring cover for:
- Staff holidays
- Sickness absence
- Emergency same-day cover
- Increased occupancy and staffing support
This role is ideal for practitioners looking for flexible work while gaining experience across different nursery settings.
Your Role
- Support nurseries with day-to-day staffing needs
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
- Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Adapt confidently to different nursery settings
- Follow safeguarding and nursery policies at all times
Please note: Due to emergency cover requirements, staff may be contacted from approximately 7:00am onwards for same-day bookings across South Yorkshire.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
- Previous nursery or early years experience
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel to nursery settings across South Yorkshire
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
