Join our friendly, experienced team at Lawreth, a small specialised service supporting two adult men with autism, learning disabilities, OCD behaviours and complex needs.
Responsibilities
- You will provide 24 hour person-centred support as part of a team, including nights, helping people develop independence, daily living skills and confidence.
- The role includes some personal care, delivered with dignity and respect.
- Residents enjoy active, meaningful lives with community outings, day trips, National Trust visits and ESPA’s educational and vocational opportunities.
- Full specialist training provided.
Requirements
- Willing to work as part of a team and within protocols and guidelines.
- Experience working with Autistic adults is preferred, but not essential as full training is provided.
- A high level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery.
- A level of fitness that enables participation in activities as part of agreed programmes.
- A clean driving license would be advantageous, although not essential.
