Key Responsibilities:

* Child Support: Provide direct support to children, both individually and in small groups, adapting activities to meet their diverse needs and abilities.

* Learning Environment: Assist in creating a stimulating, safe, and welcoming learning environment that adheres to the EYFS framework and health & safety guidelines.

* Observation & Assessment: Conduct observations of key children, maintain accurate records of their progress, and contribute to planning future activities.

* Collaboration: Work effectively with other staff members and the Room Leader to ensure a cohesive and supportive team dynamic.
