We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist post-16 provision. The setting supports young people with autism and complex learning needs, providing a structured and nurturing environment focused on developing independence, communication and life skills.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them access tailored learning programmes and vocational activities.
