A fantastic opportunity for a behaviour lead at a well-established school has just opened. The school in question has multiple sites across London and the Southeast, the role in question is for their brand-new site which is opening in central Croydon.
The successful behaviour lead candidate must be able to identify specific students in need of support, conducting one-to-one mentoring with said students to better their educational experience. As well as develop strategies for students to better manage their behaviour and approach to learning, as behavioural lead the role will also require extensive liaising with senior leadership and creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
