The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that places children, families, and staff at the heart of everything we do. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care, education, safeguarding, compliance, and operational excellence while supporting the continued growth and development of our nurseries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and support nursery teams to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
- Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards across all areas of the setting.
- Monitor children's learning, development, and wellbeing to ensure positive outcomes.
- Support staff recruitment, development, training, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
- Manage resources, staffing, budgets, and occupancy effectively.
- Promote a positive culture focused on excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Support business growth and contribute to the strategic development of the organisation.
Additional Responsibilities for Regional Managers
- Provide leadership and support across multiple nursery settings.
- Coach and mentor Nursery Managers and senior leadership teams.
- Conduct quality assurance visits and support settings in achieving outstanding outcomes.
- Ensure consistency, compliance, and best practice across all nurseries.
- Support new nursery openings, acquisitions, and organisational growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Previous management experience within an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and drive high performance.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families.
