Supply Education Alliance is an independent education recruitment agency based in the South West. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our small, friendly team based in Newton Abbot.
We’re open to candidates with recruitment or sales experience. Education recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
The role:
- Building relationships with schools and candidates
- Sourcing, interviewing and registering candidates
- Managing vacancies and making successful placements
- Developing new business opportunities
- Working towards individual and team targets
About you:
- Confident, personable and commercially minded
- Motivated by targets and earning commission
- Organised and able to manage their own workload
- Comfortable working on the phone and building relationships
- Positive, resilient and keen to develop their career
What we offer:
- £27,000–£33,000 basic salary, depending on experience
