We are looking for an extremely articulate Norland Nanny that would be confident to provide the featured parents with sound and professional advice on camera. A wealth of experience with toddlers is requested whereby references will be extensively checked and verified. The selected nanny must have proven credentials and has to be able to provide concrete examples as to how she has handled small children in her experience thus far and should demonstrate how she has met and exceeded parental expectations.
