We work on some of the highest profile property projects in the UK, running luxury health clubs and spas. Our role is to deliver the highest levels of customer service inside beautiful leisure facilities that host a top‑of‑the‑range gym, a stunning swimming pool with sauna/spa, extensive group exercise programmes, personal training, beauty therapy rooms, relaxation areas and wider wellbeing services. We also consult on development and design and supply specialist equipment. We are a flexible, agile and fast‑growing company that promotes internal talent. We are opening new sites and need managers. Your RoleThe duty manager supports the club manager in delivering a 5‑star experience for residents, guests and external contractors at the development. The role blends operational, fitness and customer‑service duties.
Operational:- Open or close the facility, oversee day‑to‑day running, conduct health and safety checks, test pool water, ensure exceptional brand standards.
- Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe exercise programmes, instruct group exercise classes, and promote personal training to staff on shift.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all enquiries, deliver exemplary service, answer telephone calls and emails. Manage relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, estate management teams and colleagues within the leisure team.
This hybrid position offers two stable career pathways – leisure management or building a successful personal‑training client base. The role is 32 hours per week and requires a range of shift patterns, including early starts, late finishes and both weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications and Experience- A fitness qualification (minimum Level 2)
- Two years of experience in the fitness industry, ideally in a 5‑star or luxury environment
- Experience with swimming pool or pool plant operations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- RLSS Emergency Responder qualification or willingness to undertake it
