Do you love developing others, sparking great conversations and helping professionals become confident, capable leaders? If you’re passionate about coaching adults, guiding reflective practice and shaping future managers, this role offers a truly rewarding opportunity.

We’re working with a respected, values-led apprenticeship provider known for its exceptional quality, personalised learning experiences and warm, collaborative culture. With continued employer demand for strong leadership programmes, the organisation is growing its delivery team and now seeking inspiring Tutors and Coaches to deliver the following programmes:

  • Leadership & Management
  • Business Improvement
  • HR

If you care deeply about developing people, nurturing leadership confidence and fostering meaningful professional growth, you’ll feel completely at home here. This organisation prides itself on thoughtful, ethical, learner-centred delivery — where quality is never compromised, and the goal is to create leaders who can thrive in real operational environments.

Here’s what makes this opportunity stand out:

  • Manageable caseloads for deeper impact: With a typical caseload of around 40 learners, you’ll have the space to build trust, understand learners’ workplace challenges and offer truly personalised coaching.
  • High-quality standards that set them apart: Expect to provide rich, developmental feedback — often 900–1,000 words — that genuinely stretches, inspires and supports learners as they build leadership capability.
  • A reputation built on integrity and consistency: Employers choose this provider because learners feel supported, empowered and challenged in all the right ways. Their quality speaks for itself.
  • A warm, collaborative team culture: Colleagues are supportive, generous with their time and passionate about sharing knowledge. New starters benefit from shadowing, standardisation and a clear, supportive onboarding process.
  • A facilitation-led teaching style: This isn’t a content-delivery role. It’s about inspiring reflection, encouraging discussion and helping learners connect leadership theory to real-life workplace practice.

Your role is all about helping aspiring and existing managers build confidence, capability and purpose in their roles.

You’ll be:

  • Delivering engaging online teaching and coaching sessions, supporting learners to explore leadership behaviours, decision-making and people management.
  • Facilitating interactive group workshops, encouraging open discussion and peer learning.
  • Providing detailed written and verbal feedback, helping learners develop critical thinking and self-awareness.
  • Completing assessments and workplace observations, ensuring learners can demonstrate leadership behaviours in action.
  • Conducting structured progress reviews with learners and their employers.
  • Supporting learners through reflective practice, personal development planning and preparation for end-point assessment.
  • Travelling quarterly for face-to-face review meetings, along with occasional visits to learners across England — reimbursed at 45p per mile.
  • Sessions are typically monthly but remain flexible, with some tutors choosing to deliver group workshops to support up to 10 learners in a single day.

Who this role suits: You’ll flourish here if you:

  • Hold a teaching/assessing qualification such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, PTLLS or PGCE.
  • Enjoy coaching, questioning, facilitating and bringing out the best in adult learners.
  • Are confident working remotely, managing your own diary and building positive working relationships.
  • Care deeply about learner experience, inclusion and high-quality delivery.
