Are you an experienced Skills Coach with a background in Management, Project Management, Change, Innovation, Service Design or Human-Centred Design? We are supporting a forward-thinking, growing training provider that delivers high-quality learning programmes designed to help people and organisations lead change with confidence. Their programmes are practical, engaging and built around real workplace impact, supporting learners to develop the skills, behaviours and confidence they need to make a genuine difference in their roles.

With continued growth planned for autumn 2026, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced apprenticeship coach who enjoys working closely with learners and employers, bringing learning to life through meaningful coaching, constructive feedback and supportive challenge.

The Role

As a Skills Coach, you will support apprentices through their learning journey, helping them to apply their knowledge and skills directly within the workplace. You will manage a caseload of learners, deliver high-quality one-to-one coaching, review progress, provide detailed feedback and help apprentices build strong evidence of their development.

The programme has a strong focus on service design, change, innovation and practical transformation. Learners will explore areas such as user-centred design, stakeholder engagement, research, journey mapping, prototyping, problem-solving, project delivery and continuous improvement.
