Job Description
Are you a passionate marketing professional ready to share your skills with the next generation of digital talent?
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking training provider looking to welcome a Marketing and Content Tutor/Trainer into their team. If you’ve spent a few years in the world of campaigns, content, and creative strategy — and now want to help others take their first steps into the industry — this could be your ideal next move.
In this role, you’ll be delivering engaging, practical training for Level 3 apprenticeships and Adult Skills Fund (ASF) learners. You’ll bring your industry knowledge to life through blended learning, workshops, and coaching — supporting learners and collaborating with employers to build real, career-focused journeys.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess Level 3 apprenticeships and marketing short courses for adult learners.
- Design and plan inclusive digital curriculum materials that are accessible, relevant, and inspiring.
- Guide learners from day one, providing support, feedback, and clear progression goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers and learners to support positive outcomes.
- Track and report on learner progress, identify support needs, and celebrate achievement milestones.
- Contribute to open events, employer engagement activity, and ongoing curriculum development.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3–4 years of experience in a marketing or content-focused role.
- A Level 5 qualification in marketing or a related discipline.
- A natural communicator with coaching skills and a learner-focused mindset.
- Confident using technology to support hybrid and online delivery.
- Ideally a teaching qualification (PTLLS or similar) – or a willingness to work towards one.
- Based within a commutable distance of Manchester.
The Benefits
- Hybrid working and flexible delivery options.
- A supportive environment with ongoing CPD opportunities.
- Inclusive hiring, safeguarding, and wellbeing policies.
- A meaningful, people-first career with a provider that cares about impact.
If you’re ready to inspire the marketers of tomorrow, we want to hear from you.
