Trainer/Assessor – Management Qualifications
Location: Winchester (Field Based)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality apprenticeships in management from Level 3 through to Level 5. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about developing others, enjoys working with a variety of learners, and can adapt their approach to suit individual needs.
The Role:
You will support, mentor, and assess learners undertaking management qualifications, ensuring they achieve their full potential. Working both face-to-face and online, you will deliver engaging training sessions, conduct workplace assessments, and guide learners towards successful completion of their apprenticeship standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assess management qualifications (Level 3-5)
- Conduct initial assessments and create tailored learning plans
- Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, and progress reviews
- Support learners in building a strong portfolio of evidence
- Prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality assurance processes
- Work closely with managers and colleagues to support learner success
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience within a management role (ideally in a childcare or education setting)
- A recognised assessing qualification (e.g. CAVA or equivalent)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to inspire and motivate learners
- A commitment to continuous professional development
Desirable:
- Childcare/Education qualification equivalent to Level 6
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and health & safety requirements
- Experience delivering training to adult learners
