Trainer/Assessor – Management Qualifications Location: Winchester (Field Based) We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality apprenticeships in management from Level 3 through to Level 5. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about developing others, enjoys working with a variety of learners, and can adapt their approach to suit individual needs. The Role: You will support, mentor, and assess learners undertaking management qualifications, ensuring they achieve their full potential. Working both face-to-face and online, you will deliver engaging training sessions, conduct workplace assessments, and guide learners towards successful completion of their apprenticeship standards.
