Are you an experienced facilitator who thrives on bringing learning to life? Do you want to work at the forefront of AI, innovation and organisational transformation, helping professionals not just learn—but truly apply new skills in the real world? We’re partnering with a fast-growing, mission-led training provider that is redefining what high-quality learning looks like. Their programmes are designed around one core belief: learning should create meaningful, lasting change—for individuals, teams and organisations alike. With recent external recognition highlighting the exceptional quality of their provision, and an ambitious roadmap for growth across apprenticeships and future-focused programmes, there’s never been a better time to join.
This is not a traditional teaching or coaching role. Instead, you’ll step into a highly collaborative, delivery-focused position where your role is to bridge the gap between knowledge and action. You’ll work with professionals who are actively applying skills in areas like AI, innovation and transformation—supporting them to embed learning directly into their roles. You won’t be delivering content in isolation. You’ll be part of a carefully designed delivery ecosystem that brings together facilitators, coaches, subject experts and programme teams—all working together to create an outstanding learner experience.
If you’re motivated by seeing real-world impact, and you love creating engaging, applied learning environments, this role offers a refreshing and meaningful alternative to more traditional education roles.

- Applied facilitation and real-world practice.
This creates a more balanced, effective and rewarding environment—for both learners and delivery staff. You’ll be able to focus on what you do best: facilitating meaningful learning and driving real impact. You’re not just a trainer—you’re a facilitator, practitioner and enabler of change. You’re energised by working with professionals, and you enjoy helping others connect ideas to action in a way that feels relevant and achievable.
