Their programmes focus on areas such as innovation, AI, transformation, service design and change leadership, helping learners turn ideas into meaningful action and measurable impact.
The Role
As Learning Partner, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality learning across apprenticeship programmes, with a particular focus on applied learning, learner progress and workplace impact. You will lead workshops, webinars, seminars and practical learning sessions, helping apprentices connect theory with the realities of their roles. Working closely with Tutors, Skills Coaches, Programme Managers and learner support teams, you will help create a joined-up, supportive and highly engaging learning experience. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys facilitating discussion, bringing concepts to life, and supporting professionals to apply new skills in areas such as service improvement, business analysis, user-centred design, innovation and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities

- You will support apprentices to translate learning into practice, helping them apply tools and techniques such as problem solving, stakeholder engagement, journey mapping, service improvement, business case development, innovation methods and change approaches within their own organisations.
- You will lead meaningful progress reviews, supporting apprentices to reflect on their development, evidence their progress and stay motivated throughout their programme.
- You will also support learners as they prepare for end-point assessment, delivering mock assessment activities, confidence-building sessions and practical preparation that helps them understand expectations and demonstrate competence.
- Alongside delivery, you will contribute to continuous improvement by sharing learner insights, supporting curriculum development and helping strengthen the overall quality and consistency of the apprenticeship experience.
About You

You may come from a background in Service Design, Business Analysis, Innovation, Transformation, Change, Digital Improvement, Product, Operations or Learning and Development. What matters most is that you can bring real-world experience into the learning environment and help learners understand how to apply it in practice. You will be an excellent facilitator, able to lead discussions, encourage reflection and create inclusive learning experiences for adult learners. You will be comfortable working with apprentices, employers and senior stakeholders, and will enjoy being part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary delivery team.
Essential Criteria
- The successful candidate will have significant professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Service Design, Business Analysis, Innovation, Leadership and Change, AI, Automation or Transformation.
- A relevant qualification at Level 6 or above.
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions or professional learning for adult learners.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to connect learning to real workplace challenges and outcomes.
- A learner-centred, adaptable and supportive approach.
Desirable Criteria
- It would be advantageous to have experience working with apprenticeships or work-based learning programmes.
- A recognised teaching or training qualification, such as AET or CET.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and virtual delivery platforms.
- Experience supporting learners towards assessment, accreditation or professional competence.
