We’re seeking an experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of apprenticeship delivery. Working closely with the Quality Manager, you’ll support a culture of continuous improvement—ensuring every learner experience meets exceptional standards and contributes to the organisation’s goal of outstanding quality and performance. As an Internal Quality Assurer, you’ll coordinate and carry out purposeful quality assurance activities that inform, guide, and strengthen apprenticeship delivery. You’ll help shape best practice, support teams through constructive feedback, and provide insight that drives measurable quality improvement. You’ll be confident in providing constructive feedback, adept at analysing data, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities.
