This is not a slow, over-managed sales role. It’s a chance to take ownership, move quickly, and build something meaningful — while helping employers across England develop their people through apprenticeships.
You’ll be responsible for generating new apprenticeship starts by engaging employers who want to upskill their workforce — and by creating opportunities for new learners to enter employment. You’ll manage your own pipeline, build long-term employer relationships, and use a mix of outreach, networking, referrals, and creativity to hit (and exceed) monthly targets. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, but day-to-day you’ll have the freedom to run your desk like your own business.
