We are working with a well-established specialist training provider in Birmingham who is looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to support the continued development of teaching, learning, assessment and learner support across their provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration and making a genuine impact. You will play a key role in ensuring learners receive a high-quality experience from recruitment and onboarding through to achievement, while supporting tutors, assessors and managers to deliver consistently strong outcomes. The Role
As Quality Manager, you will take a lead role in quality assurance, safeguarding support, staff development, awarding body liaison and continuous improvement across the provision. You will work closely with senior leaders, curriculum teams, tutors and assessors to ensure high standards are maintained, best practice is shared, and the organisation remains inspection-ready. This is a hands-on, varied role where you will be trusted to influence quality, support colleagues and help shape the learning experience.
