Educate Staffing is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Education Talent Partnerships Lead to build the future of our candidate generation strategy. This is not a traditional recruitment role. We are looking for someone who can identify untapped talent markets, create sustainable candidate pipelines, develop strategic partnerships and ultimately build a scalable infrastructure that directly contributes to placements across the business.

The successful person will have the autonomy to shape how we attract, develop and retain education professionals, creating long-term talent solutions rather than relying solely on traditional recruitment methods.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Build Scalable Talent Pipelines
  • Develop new candidate generation strategies across the UK and internationally
  • Create sustainable pipelines of Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEN professionals and Education Support Staff
  • Identify alternative routes into education recruitment markets
  • Build talent communities that generate consistent candidate flow
  • Develop Strategic Education Partnerships
  • Establish relationships with universities, colleges and training providers
  • Build partnerships with apprenticeship providers and graduate schemes
  • Create pathways for career changers entering education
  • Develop relationships with organisations supporting international talent mobility
  • Create Sustainable Candidate Generation Models
  • Design programmes that create long-term candidate attraction rather than short-term recruitment campaigns
  • Develop onboarding and transition support models for candidates entering education settings
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand future hiring demands and proactively build pipelines
  • Identify Untapped Talent Markets
  • Research and develop new talent sources across the UK and overseas
  • Analyse market trends and future workforce challenges
  • Recommend innovative approaches to candidate attraction and engagement
  • Own Pipeline-to-Placement Outcomes
  • Take full ownership of the performance of the pipelines you create
