Educate Staffing is a growing education recruitment agency working with schools across London and the Home Counties. We are passionate about building long-term partnerships with schools and delivering an outstanding service to both clients and candidates. We are now looking for a confident, relationship-focused individual to join the business as a Client Relationship Manager.

The Role

This is a relationship-led role focused on developing partnerships with schools, growing existing accounts and bringing new schools on board. The successful person will work closely with school leaders to understand their staffing needs and help provide recruitment solutions across teaching and support staff positions. This role would suit someone from a sales, customer-facing or education background who enjoys building relationships and communicating with people.

  • Build relationships with schools across your assigned area
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and networking
  • Develop and grow existing client accounts
  • Arrange and attend meetings with schools
  • Understand school staffing requirements and recruitment challenges
  • Work closely with recruitment consultants to fill vacancies
  • Reactivate dormant client relationships
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Keep CRM systems updated with activity and pipeline information
  • Represent Educate Staffing professionally in the market
