The shift patterns consist of long days and sleep ins on a 2 on 4 off Rota.

Do you have a QCF Level 3 and a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a Children’s Residential Care setting? Are you ready for your next career challenge?

Your role as a Senior Residential Support Worker for Educate Care is to encourage our children and young people towards a brighter future, supporting them to thrive both within personal relationships and the wider society they live in.
