Educate Group is urgently recruiting for a large secondary school in Wirral. We are working in partnership with this school, offering continuity solutions during teacher absences, covering all subjects. It is important to be available for supply work 3 days per week or more and be able to accommodate the school’s needs at last minute.
You will build a relationship with students and staff at the school, also removing the uncertainty of where your assignment will be. This is a great opportunity to provide regular supply support to a range of local schools. As a qualified teacher, you will cover lessons of all subjects with pre‑planned work set. Educate Group will pay you on a weekly basis as a Teacher.

Responsibilities of a Secondary Teacher
- Deliver and provide opportunities for students to learn and express themselves.
- Ensure that students are engaged, motivated and on task.
- Manage any behaviour issues that may arise.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Requirements of a Secondary Teacher
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Registrations required to be a Secondary Teacher
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. If you do not have one, you can apply for a new one through Educate.
