Classroom Management Skills

Prepare examples of how you've maintained classroom discipline in the past. Think about specific situations where you successfully managed behaviour issues and created a positive learning environment. This will demonstrate your ability to handle challenges effectively.

Engagement Techniques

Have a few strategies in mind for engaging students across various subjects and year groups. Share how you plan to motivate students and keep them on task, as this is crucial for a supply teacher who may not have established relationships with the class.
