A children’s nursery in Salford is looking for 2 enthusiastic Level 3 Room Leaders to join their team! This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of your room, lead a fantastic team, and make a real impact on children’s learning and development.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a room of children and a small team of practitioners
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative activities aligned with EYFS
- Support and mentor your room team to develop their skills

About You:
- Level 3 childcare qualification (EYE, NVQ, CACHE, NNEB or equivalent)
- Experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting

- Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
