We’re now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Care Assistant to join their long-term team. The Role: As a Waking Night Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night. Your calm, caring presence and attention to detail will help maintain a peaceful environment and support residents’ needs with dignity and respect. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing personal care and emotional support overnight * Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding to any needs * Maintaining accurate care records and handovers * Supporting the team to ensure a calm and caring atmosphere About You: We’re looking for someone who is naturally caring, reliable, and takes pride in providing excellent care.
