The Role
You'll be supporting individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives within supported living services and residential settings. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Assisting with community access and activities
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Promoting wellbeing, dignity, and inclusion
What We're Looking For
- A positive, caring, and compassionate nature
- Previous support work or care experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service desirable
- A willingness to learn and make a difference every day
- Drivers are welcomed but not essential
