We are looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable Community Carers to join a friendly and supportive team, helping people remain independent in their own homes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting clients with personal care
- Assisting with medication
- Helping with meal preparation and daily living tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence and dignity at all times
What We're Looking For:
- A caring and positive attitude
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- A DBS on the Update Service (ideal)
- Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential for the right candidate
- Availability to start work as soon as possible
