Educare Recruitment is growing in TRURO and we're looking for experienced, reliable and passionate Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our team.
We have opportunities available supporting local care services across Truro, with a mixture of long days, waking nights and ongoing regular shifts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience working within healthcare, residential care, learning disabilities, mental health or support work is highly desirable.
Applicants should be confident with duties including personal care, supporting individuals with their daily routines, promoting independence, providing emotional and practical support, accurate record keeping and working professionally as part of a wider care team.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
You must live in Truro or within a realistic commuting distance of Truro.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Previous care/support experience
- Enhanced DBS – ideally registered on the Update Service
- Up-to-date care training
- Good reliability and availability
- Ability to work days and/or waking nights
- Full UK driving licence desirable
