Educare Recruitment is currently recruiting Support Workers to join established care teams supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health issues in St Austell.

What you'll be doing
You'll provide person-centred support, helping the people you support to live as independently as possible and enjoy a fulfilling everyday life.
Your role may include:
- Supporting with daily living
- Providing emotional and practical support
- Supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health issues
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Supporting activities and community involvement
- Following individual care and support plans
- Working as part of a friendly and professional care team
- Maintaining a safe, respectful and positive environment
What we're looking for
We're looking for reliable, caring and enthusiastic people who have a genuine passion for supporting others.
Experience in care is desirable, but the right attitude and personality are just as important.
You should be:
- Reliable and committed
- Patient, caring and compassionate
- Confident working with adults and/or children
- Comfortable supporting people with additional needs
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willing to complete required training
