We are currently recruiting Full-Time Mental Health Support Workers to join an established 8-bed residential mental health service in the St Austell area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine difference to people's lives while building a long-term career within mental health and social care.

The Opportunity

You will be supporting adults within a small, supportive 8-bed residential setting, providing person-centred care and helping residents develop independence, confidence and life skills.

You will become an important part of the team, building positive relationships with residents and providing consistent support in a safe and homely environment.
