Educare Recruitment is expanding across Cornwall and we’re looking for experienced Community Carers to join our growing team. We have regular opportunities supporting people within their own homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable and independent in their local community. If you’re an experienced carer who takes pride in delivering genuinely person-centred support, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with medication
- Meal preparation and everyday household tasks
- Supporting mobility and independence
- Companionship and emotional support
- Attending appointments and accessing the community
- Following individual care and support plans
- Providing reliable, consistent support to the people you work with
What we're looking for
- Previous experience within community/domiciliary care
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
- Good communication skills
- Up-to-date care training
- An appropriate Enhanced DBS for the role, ideally registered with the Update Service
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- The right to work in the UK
