Educare Recruitment are looking for Community Carers to join a fantastic care team providing high-quality, person-centred care to people in their own homes.
We have full-time and part-time positions available, with excellent rates of pay and 45p per mile mileage.

Your Role Will Include
- Providing person-centred care in people's own homes
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting with meals and household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence, dignity and choice
- Following individual care and support plans
- Supporting with medication where trained and required
- Completing accurate care records
- Communicating effectively with families and other professionals
- Travelling between local care visits
Pay & Hours
£14.00–£15.00 per hour
PLUS 45p per mile mileage
- Full-time and part-time hours available
- Permanent positions

Who We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates with experience as:
Community Carer | Domiciliary Carer | Home Care Worker | Care Assistant | Care Worker | Support Worker | Healthcare Assistant
Previous care experience is desirable, but attitude matters just as much. We're looking for people who are caring, reliable and genuinely want to make a difference.
You'll need to be:
- Caring and compassionate
- Reliable and dependable
- Patient and respectful
- Confident working independently
- A good communicator
- Comfortable travelling between care visits
- Committed to providing excellent care
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable due to the community nature of the role.
