We have full-time and part-time positions available, with excellent rates of pay and 45p per mile mileage.

Your Role Will Include:
- Providing person-centred care in people's own homes
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines

- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence, dignity and choice
- Following individual care and support plans
- Supporting with medication where trained and required
- Completing accurate care records
- Communicating effectively with families and other professionals
- Travelling between local care visits

Who We're Looking For:
We're interested in candidates with experience as: Community Carer, Domiciliary Carer, Home Care Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant. Previous care experience is desirable, but attitude matters just as much. We're looking for people who are caring, reliable and genuinely want to make a difference.
You’ll need to be:

- Comfortable travelling between care visits

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable due to the community nature of the role.
