Educare Recruitment Ltd is recruiting experienced and dedicated Male Support Workers to join a specialist 2:1 support package supporting a gentleman in Penzance.
This is an excellent opportunity for confident, compassionate and skilled support workers looking for long-term, consistent hours within a rewarding support environment.
We are looking for individuals who have the right experience, training and attitude to provide high-quality, person-centred support.

Essential Training & Experience
Applicants must have the following training and experience:
- PBM (Positive Behaviour Management)
- Epilepsy Awareness / Management Training
- Stroke Awareness Training
- Medication Administration Training
Previous experience supporting individuals with complex care and support needs is highly desirable.
The Role
You will work as part of a 2:1 support team, providing dedicated support to a gentleman in his own environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing person-centred support and promoting independence
- Supporting daily routines and activities
- Monitoring and responding appropriately to health and wellbeing needs
- Supporting epilepsy management in line with individual protocols
- Safe medication administration
- Following agreed behaviour support plans and PBM guidance
- Maintaining dignity, respect and choice at all times
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent support
