Block Bookings | 1:1 Support | Regular Work
Educare Recruitment is looking for experienced and reliable Support Workers across Devon to join our growing team.
We have exciting opportunities offering regular block bookings, 1:1 support and consistent shifts, making this ideal for Support Workers looking for dependable agency work rather than occasional shifts.
The Role
You'll provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals across a range of care and support settings throughout Devon.
Work available includes:
- Regular block bookings
- 1:1 support
- Day and night shifts
- Long shifts available
- Ongoing and consistent bookings
- Community-based and supported living opportunities
- Supporting individuals with daily living and independence
- Working alongside established care and support teams
What We're Looking For
We're looking for Support Workers who are dependable, confident and genuinely passionate about providing excellent support.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous Support Worker or Care Assistant experience
- Experience providing 1:1 support
- An Enhanced DBS, preferably registered on the Update Service
- Up-to-date care training
- Excellent communication skills
- A reliable and professional approach
- Confidence working independently when providing 1:1 support
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be highly advantageous due to the locations of some bookings.
