Bristol Property Partnership is a dynamic, award-winning provider of high-quality private rental accommodation to tenants in Bristol. From their offices in Horfield, they have a fantastic track record of supporting apprentices so this is your chance to be part of a small, friendly and supportive team, where you can really make an impact and directly help to grow the business. As with any apprenticeship opportunity if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team, there is a strong chance of a permanent post within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking regular inspections of your properties to ensure they meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance work needed, or that you recommend, to keep your properties secure, warm and a great place to live for your tenants.
  • Working alongside the sales and lettings team to ensure properties and rooms are re-let quickly for your landlords.
  • Completing checkouts when tenants leave and releasing deposits.
  • Checking in new tenants and reviewing ongoing rents.
  • Keeping all information up to date on property management systems and ensuring tenants and landlords are responded to promptly and actions needed logged and completed.

Apprenticeship details

Minimum 6 hours per week will be spent on apprenticeship work and training. You will attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via Teams) with your tutor. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. Monday to Friday, between 9am to 5.30pm.
