Educ8SEN is expanding across Staffordshire and recruiting experienced SEND Tutors, Outreach Educators, Behaviour Mentors and Alternative Provision staff to support children and young people who are unable to access mainstream education.
Roles involve delivering flexible outreach models—home-based tuition, community support, online learning and blended delivery—and require trauma-informed, relationship-led engagement with learners who have ASD, ADHD, SEMH, EHCPs and related needs.
