Leavesden JMI School and Nursery is a two‑form entry school in North Watford. We are seeking to recruit an LSA to join us as soon as possible. We are looking for an energetic, fun and resilient person to provide highly personalised and specialist support to children with significant special educational needs. You will join a team of four adults and help support the needs of eight children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised support to children with SEND.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating attitude.
  • Perform midday supervisory duties during lunch.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of children with a range of SEND needs is preferable but not essential.
  • Positive and motivated attitude is essential.
  • Part‑time, term‑time only (8:30‑3:30 pm; 28.45 hpw).
  • 45‑minute midday supervisor role.

Contract Details

  • Position is fixed‑term until July 2028.
