Assist with the setting up and maintaining systems and processes to enable the smooth running of the academy committees, including invites, agendas and template minutes.
Supporting, developing and maintaining effective communication channels between Chair of Governors, governors, Executive Head Teacher, Head teacher and other members of staff.
Assist in ensuring that governors have access to relevant materials.
Using ICT hardware and software and contributing to the coordination and production of management information.
Ensuring urgent work is completed within the given timeframe.
Admin duties include managing central inboxes, answering the phone, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
Adhering to the organisation's financial policies and procedures.
Maintaining electronic records, ensuring data protection requirements are adhered to in a managed learning environment or equivalent e.g. Governor Hub.
Recording accurate governor attendance of all Academy Committee Meetings.
Attending and participating in relevant meetings as required.
Participating in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.
