We are working in partnership with a well-established SEND school in Telford to recruit a dedicated Artistic Youth Worker. This welcoming and supportive school provides education for pupils with Autism (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges, and complex learning needs. Every pupil has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), with personalised support to help them achieve their full potential.

The role: As an Artistic Youth Worker, you will work both one-to-one and within small classroom groups, using creative approaches to support pupils' learning, emotional wellbeing, and personal development. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help students build confidence, improve communication, regulate emotions, and engage positively in school life.
