About the role SEN Teaching Assistant – Stoke-on-Trent £462. 80–£550 a week full time (£92. 56–£110 a day) | Weekly Pay | School Hours Only Some children need one steady adult in their corner to get through the school day. Could that be you? Primary schools across Stoke-on-Trent are asking us for SEN and one-to-one Teaching Assistants . They want people who can build trust, keep calm when a day goes wrong, and help a child learn, communicate and feel safe in class. An SEN qualification isn't essential.
