We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and inspiring Baby Room Leader to lead our newly opening Baby Room at our Hampson Park setting in Stevenage. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about providing exceptional care for babies while leading and developing a high‑performing team.
As Baby Room Leader, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the baby room, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding, and wellbeing for children aged 0–2 years. You will lead by example, supporting your team to deliver outstanding practice in line with the EYFS framework while creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment where every child can thrive.
