We are seeking an outstanding Teacher of Media (with English as a second subject) who has the ability to teach at both KS4 and KS5. The successful candidate will deliver lessons that develop deep literary understanding, strong analytical writing and confident media literacy. Students will be guided to analyse complex texts, construct sophisticated arguments and produce high-quality practical coursework across film, audio, print and digital media.

Responsibilities
  • Teach Media and English as a second subject to KS4 and KS5 students.
  • Deliver lessons that develop deep literary understanding, strong analytical writing and confident media literacy.
  • Guide students to analyse complex texts, construct sophisticated arguments and produce high-quality practical coursework across film, audio, print, and digital media.
Qualifications
