We are looking to appoint a reliable and capable premises manager to join our friendly team at Spellbrook C of E primary school. You will be line managed by the Headteacher, this is an important role with responsibility for the security of the premises, health & safety, light repairs, property maintenance and some grounds maintenance to provide an appropriate environment for students to work and learn.
The role totals 10 hours per week. Ideally this would cover 7:30 to 9:30am Monday - Friday, with a possibility of extra hours if needed. However, we are prepared to change the hours if you are interested in the role, please contact the school to discuss.
The successful applicant will be expected to work term time and school holidays. The full-time equivalent of 24 days annual leave will be prorated, the majority to be taken during school closure periods. The appointed person will be a key holder, ideally opening the school at 7.
